Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Clients must request cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations only.
  • Refund requests may take up to 7 business days to be reviewed and processed. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their session free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may incur additional charges.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies, subject to approval. Proof of the emergency may be required.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain products or services, such as downloadable resources or one-time consultations, are non-refundable once delivered. This will be specified at the time of purchase.
